- Indian Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS)
Indian Banking Personnel Selection
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), came into existence as a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and also as a Public Trust under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950. IBPS, which had its genesis in the new selection systems adopted by the Banking Industry in the post-nationalisation period, is an autonomous institute set up by the Reserve Bank of India, Central Financial Institutions and Public Sector Banks.
IBPS has established itself as a Premier Institute in the conduct of assessment for personnel selection with the capability of handling close to one crore candidates every year. The Institute provides its services to organisations in the BFSI sector, including RBI, SEBI, NABARD, SBI, GIC, etc., many of whom are regular members of the IBPS society. In addition, Central Public Sector Enterprises in varied sectors, State Government Departments/Undertakings and Municipal Corporations also avail its services. Besides, reputed academic institutions avail the services of IBPS for admission to various courses as well as for manpower requirements.
The Indian Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is a leading organization that conducts various recruitment exams for banking sector jobs across India. It selects eligible candidates for positions in public sector banks, regional rural banks (RRBs), and other financial institutions. Every year, thousands of candidates participate in these exams, aiming to secure jobs in the banking industry.
At Saraswati Vidyadhava Insstitutionn, we strive to provide our students with the best resources and guidance for cracking the IBPS exams.
The IBPS PO exam is for the recruitment of Probationary Officers or Management Trainees in public sector banks. This prestigious role involves working in management positions, handling bank operations, and serving customers.

The IBPS SO exam selects candidates for specialist roles in various fields such as IT, Marketing, HR, and Agriculture. It is designed for candidates with specific qualifications.
The IBPS RRB exam is conducted for the recruitment of officers and office assistants in Regional Rural Banks. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in working in rural areas.
